When you are a patient at Peterson Center for Dentistry you can have the comfort of knowing we will make your visits as seemless as possible. All of our team members take an active role to make this possible.
Appointments
We understand your time is just as valuable as our time. We will make every effort to accommodate an appointment time which will work well for your schedule. When scheduling your appointment, please inform our front office team of your schedule availablities to ensure optimal dental health. If you have scheduled an appointment and are unable to committ to the reserved time, please notifiy our office as soon as possible to reschedule for a better time. Our office appreciates a 48-hour notice for cancellations in order to make room for another patient.
Insurance
We go the extra mile to check your eligibility and changes in coverage prior to each regular check up visit. Although the insurance benefits are a contract between you and insurance company we can take away the headache of trying to understand benefits or coverage. Our Patient Care Coordinator or Office Manager will provide you with estimated coverage benefits before every visit! If we see that your insurance is not dealing with you fairly we can assist in the matter to come to a resolution.
Financial options
We never want finances to prohibit our patients form obtaining necessary dental treatment. We offer many options for payment arrangements including, Automatic payment processing as well as extended third party financing with Chase Health Advance and Care Credit. Some treatment plans may qualify for additional discounts when payment is made in advance.
Treatment Planning
All patients can expect an itemized printout of any proposed treatment plan. We can also include any photos for you to review. Many of our patients appreciate our utilization of email service to deliver their treatment plans. Once you have recieved your treatment plan, including estimated insurance expecations, we welcome any questions or concerns. We understand every patient has different needs when completing dental treatment. If you feel we can better cater to your needs please feel free to contact our office to discuss it in detail with our Patient Care Coordinator or Office manager. They will discuss your concerns with Dr. Peterson and every effort will be made to tailor your treatment to your needs.
